Young Peers Trading & Projects is a student accommodation provider in the City of Johannesburg. Our Student Residence was termed 48 On Barnes.
We bought a dilapidated house in Brixton and flipped it around into arguably the best looking and maintained Student Residence in Brixton & surrounding areas. Today the property houses 10 University of Johannesburg students in sharing and single rooms. Students have access to unlimited high speed wifi, DSTV, NETFLIX to mention a few.
Security features within the student commune include CCTV cameras, electric fence, armed reaction, panic buttons for all students etc.
We are here to help you and ensure your legacy stand the test of time!
