Founded in 2013 by Mr. Duduzani Sibanda, our company emerged from a profound love for buildings and a commitment to revitalizing South Africa’s infrastructure. Fuelled by a vision to be the clients’ preferred contractor, we embarked on this journey to create enduring, high-quality infrastructure for generations to come.

We’re proudly black-owned and managed. 40% of our employees are women, and 100% are young people, reflecting our commitment to youth empowerment and gender equality. Having come from humble beginnings and a vision to create a lasting legacy in the construction industry, today, we stand as next-generation entrepreneurs committed to making a difference.

Duduzani Sibanda

Founder and Director

Hello! I am Duduzani Sibanda, the founder and director of YPTP.

With a B-Tech in Civil Engineering and extensive experience gained from working with local and international engineering firms, I lead our dynamic team of dedicated professionals.

I believe that every student deserves a chance to explore their potential in a real-world setting. My personal journey, marked by the struggle to find an internship after completing my studies, fuels my passion for helping others navigate this often-daunting process. It is with pride that one of our Interns, whom I had the privilege of mentoring, is now an exemplary employee at YPTP.

Together with my team, we work tirelessly to ensure innovation meets excellence.

At YPTP, we take immense pride in our continuous efforts to uplift the vibrant South African community. We’ve actively engaged with our community by contributing to soccer competitions in Roodepoort, where we’ve donated soccer kits and boots, and proudly sponsored competitions.

Our commitment extends to supporting education. We have consistently provided school supplies and shoes to students in Ivory Park and KwaZulu-Natal.
